Website measurement

We use limited first-party measurement to understand how visitors find the catalogue and whether they open Client Services or choose a contact link.

What is measured

Records include the public page path, landing page, broad source category, event time and selected contact channel. A random identifier in this tab’s session storage groups activity for up to 30 minutes. The server records a daily hash of that identifier. We do not use advertising cookies or send these events to a third-party analytics service.

These measurement events do not include your name, email, message, search terms, selected product options, full referrer address or IP address. The web server separately maintains ordinary operational access logs. Event records are stored with server operational logs and follow their rotation and retention settings.

Contact links

Opening Client Services or a contact link does not confirm that a message was sent or an order was placed. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Telegram operate under their own privacy policies when you visit them. Product details you choose to include in an enquiry remain part of that communication, not these measurement events.
